Can I buy with Cash On Delivery (COD)?

Yes, you can place your order via Cash On Delivery.

How do I place an Order?

To place an order, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and then proceed to the checkout. Here you will be prompted to enter your shipping and billing information, and can choose your preferred shipping and payment methods. Once you have reviewed and made the payment you will receive an email and SMS with the order confirmation and another email/SMS when the order is dispatched.

Sometimes the emails may be going to to SPAM/PROMOTIONS/UPDATES folder.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, E-Wallets and Net Banking.

How do I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming your
order details and providing you with a reference number. If you do not
receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us to
confirm the status of your order.

Can I buy from outside of India?

Yes, we offer International shipping almost all over India. We recommend talking to our customer service at email ozeantackles@gmail.com or call or whatsapp at +918881429304.

What should I do if my product is damaged?

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in
perfect condition. However, If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery,please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.


Also, please call our customer care number or email us mentioning your Order ID with 24hrs.

What shipping company do we use?

For prepaid order we either use India Post, DTDC or Delhivery depending on which courier partner has faster and better service based on our data.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) we use Delhivery.

For International Shipping we use India Post, DTDC, DHL.

Can I return my product?

We try our best that customers love our products, But still in case you need to return your product then you can email us directly on ozeantackles@gmail.com or call/whatsapp our customer care +918881429304.

We will guide you the process of returning. Please do note that we only accept unused products.
